Somewhere between a tropical paradise and a late night in New York, Roy Ford's sound works on a serene beach just as well as it does for a wild night out. Inspired by a love of Balearic house coming out of Spain, the dub sounds of Germany & and of the disco, funk & soul from Ford’s hometown of New York, the music threads the line between a day time poolside aesthetic and an after-hours late night sound that is sultry, fierce and energetic all at the same time.
